Matthew Sidra and the team at Advanced Strata Inspections are the best in the business. I would not go anywhere else as someone who regularly reviews strata reports. In fact, If clients already have a strata report, I recommend that should they be interested in a building with a colourful history, that a secondary strata report be obtained through Advanced Strata Inspections.
